Ask yourself: do want the cure or just the relief?
Because they are very different, and our choice may conflict with what we think we want.

Do things that empty your mind, so you can take in the world anew.
Weddings
Weddings are a great reminder that there are people that love you and that gratitude is powerful.

What you resist, persists.
The Best Weeks

How To Choose What To Do
We all save up money so that we can do things when we’re older. Maybe we’ll finally scuba dive in Hawaii or backpack around Europe.
The issue is that a lot of the things we’re saving for aren’t what we’ll be equipped to do, or want to do, when we’re older.
Instead, what if what we experienced was guided by this principle: do what you can only do at this age, at this time in your life.
For everything else, it’s worth saving resources and waiting for the future.
Self-Awareness
See yourself as others see you.
Spontaneity
You can’t miss a turn if you don’t use GPS.
